Dimagnesium malate pairs magnesium with malic acid, a Krebs-cycle intermediate, and the tablet matrix uses plant-based insoluble fibers and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose for a sustained 8-hour release profile intended to improve tolerance versus rapid-release magnesium salts.
Methylated cofactors — P5P, 5-MTHF, and methylcobalamin — are included in their active forms to support magnesium-dependent enzymatic and nervous-system pathways. Non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based insoluble fibers), L-leucine (lubricant), silicon dioxide (anti-caking), clear coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and sunflower oil), and micro wax for easier swallowing.
