Research Profile
Sequence YNWNSFGLRF (Tyr-Asn-Trp-Asn-Ser-Phe-Gly-Leu-Arg-Phe). The C-terminal arginine-phenylalanine motif is conserved across kisspeptin isoforms and is critical for GPR54/KISS1R binding in published receptor models.
Kisspeptin-10 has been studied in the literature for its role in hypothalamic GnRH pulse generation, gonadotropin-axis signaling, and reproductive neuroendocrine research models.
